By booking a cab, city tour, or pilgrimage package with Ajay Varanasi Travels, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings can be initiated through our website enquiry forms, phone call, or official WhatsApp channel.
A booking is considered confirmed once travel dates, pickup destination, vehicle category, and agreed fare have been confirmed by our team.
Advance deposits may be requested during peak pilgrimage seasons (e.g., Dev Deepawali, Shivratri, Kumbh Mela).

2. Pricing and Payments

Quotes provided include vehicle rental, fuel, and driver charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Toll taxes, state border permits, parking fees, and entry tickets to monuments/temples are billed as per actuals or as agreed in your specific quote.
Payments can be made via UPI, cash to the driver upon completion, or bank transfer as agreed during booking.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

Please notify us of changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup for city tours and airport transfers.
For outstation journeys, we appreciate 48 hours advance notice to reassign vehicles smoothly.

4. Passenger Conduct & Safety

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
We prioritize safe driving. Our drivers adhere to legal speed limits and safety guidelines on national and state highways.
